My full name is Lauren Valentino Bryant. I was married last October, so I recently changed it from Lauren Valentino to Lauren Bryant, adding Valentino in as a middle name. Having studied library and information sciences in a graduate program at San Jose State University, I am considered a professional librarian. I finished my degree back in 2010, but I have been working in libraries since 2007. I got my bachelors degree in English literature from UC Irvine in 2005 and studied abroad at Oxford University in 2008, but my best education has been working in libraries all over the place!
